Saved Taxpayer Money
with CA Proposition 1B road improvement funds to repair dozens of roads
Created Hundreds of Jobs
bringing a new Aldi grocery store, and expanding of the Amazon facility and Burlington Coat Factory.
Attracted Developers
instrumental in attracting developers to build the Golden Corral, bringing more jobs and tax revenue to the city.
Helped Revitalize Lytle Creek Park
with a ¼ mile walking track, improved irrigation and new park benches and outdoor fitness stations
Quick Community Response Program
Created the Quick Community Response Program to fix streetlights
Community Block Development Funding
Found federal Community Block Development Funding to replace and repair dozens of light poles throughout the city
Paul Villasenor Library
Collaborated with local businesses, healthcare agencies and private donors to sustain the Paul Villasenor Library for children and families
Improved Safety for Students and Residents
by resolving chronic parking problems in the Valley College area
Held countless town hall and neighborhood meetings
and appointed City Ambassadors throughout San Bernardino
